How do I find a song I heard in a Reel?
Try the song finder with a title, a few lyric words or part of the message on screen. The message and the lyrics may be different. If there is no match, send the Reel link by email so the exact video can be checked.
Where can I listen to the full songs?
Each song page links to the available official listening options. Choose YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music or another listed platform. Availability and any listening requirements are set by the platform you choose.
What is a digital song gift?
It is a downloadable pack built around a specific Messages from the Heart song. The standard song gift includes the MP3, an approved lyric sheet, a printable card and a phone image. The product page lists the exact contents before you buy.
Will a printed card be posted to me?
A product marked Digital download is supplied as files. No card, envelope, frame or other physical item is posted. You can print the card yourself or use a print service. Any physical product will be clearly described as a physical item on its own product page.
How do I get the files after buying?
Use the download access provided with your Fourthwall order. Keep the order confirmation so you can find the purchase again. If the email is missing, check your spam or promotions folder and make sure you are checking the address used at checkout. Use the support link in your order if you still need help.
Can I give the pack to someone else?
Yes. You may privately give the downloaded gift files to the person you bought the gift for. Share the files or the finished printed card rather than forwarding an email that contains personal order details. The included personal-use terms explain what you may share; they do not allow public redistribution or resale.
Can I use a song gift on my phone?
Yes. The phone image is made to send privately through a messaging app, and the listening link can be shared beside it. If your device opens the downloaded pack as a ZIP file, extract it first to see the individual files. MP3 and PDF support depends on the apps on your device.
How should I print the card?
Choose the A4 or US Letter print file that matches your paper. Print at actual size or 100 percent, then cut along the marked edges. The design is a flat 5 × 7 inch card with a front and a separate message side. Print them separately or carefully align them back to back. You can also use the front on its own and write on the back. Follow the included print guide; colors can vary between screens, paper and printers.
What does the QR code do?
It opens the listening page for the song named on the card. That page provides the official listening options. It is a public song page, not a private page containing your message or the recipient’s name. An internet connection is needed to open it.
What if the QR code does not open?
Try good light, hold the camera steady and move the phone a little farther from the code. Make sure the whole code and its white border are visible. You can also type the short web address printed beside it. If the listening page loads but one platform is unavailable, try another listed option.
Can the music be played without an internet connection?
The included MP3 can be played offline after it has been downloaded to a device with a compatible audio player. The QR code and streaming links need internet access. A streaming service may have its own rules for offline listening.
Can I add a name or personal message?
You can write your own message on the printed card or add a note when sending the phone image. The standard files are supplied as shown. Custom names, changed song lyrics, rewritten music and made-to-order recordings are not included.
Is an instrumental version included?
Only when the product’s file list explicitly includes one. The standard song gift contains the original MP3, lyric sheet, printable card and phone image. Do not buy a pack expecting an instrumental unless it is listed.
Can I use a purchased song in a public video or advertisement?
A personal song gift does not grant a license for public video uploads, advertising, client work, resale or commercial use. Sharing the official listening link is different from uploading the audio. If you need permission for another use, describe the proposed use through email before using the recording.
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
Use the support option in your Fourthwall order for payment, delivery or order-access questions. For a wrong song link, a mismatched file or a question about the music, use the email address below. Include the product name and order number if you have one. Do not send card details or passwords.
Where can I check the purchase and refund terms?
Review the terms shown on the product page and at Fourthwall checkout before buying. For a problem with an order, use its support link. Any rights that apply to your purchase remain in place; the help page does not replace the checkout terms.
